How the Woojin Insert & Spot Welding Machine Works | Resonators | Mufflers

Auto bus and truck mufflers - i.e. resonators -- have their sub assembly inside them. The sub assembly consists of tubes and baffles. The resonator is inserted into jackets which already have been flanged-up.
Each resonator is firmly fixed to the inner faces of the jackets. To properly adhere the resonator, a very tight insertion by high pressure is applied during the inserting process by the Woojin Insert & Spot Welding Machine or spot welding is applied to make the jackets and sub assembly into one unit.
